Text Box: 4 Jan 2011 re: Game program advertising/ Sponsorship of the Spotsylvania High School Baseball Team To whom it may concern: The Spotsylvania High School Baseball Program is pleased to introduce you to our Sponsorship and Advertisement Program. Fundraising is essential to our success as we incur a broad range of necessary expenses on a yearly basis, few of which a public school system is able to provide for. A primary source of our fund-raising is the sale of our baseball game programs and the advertisements which fill the program. We work to put together an informative and attractive program, while promoting your interests at every turn. It is our aim to compel young men in our program to represent this community with pride. Those young men are a critical piece of the future fabric of Spotsylvania County and will remember your support at every opportunity. Revenue from program advertising helps our players to have the best equipment, uniforms, and playing field. They respond by outworking their competition year-in and year-out, pushing themselves toward their goal of a state title. We strive to put together a Game Program that is useful, entertaining, and the most eye-catching available. In addition to a wealth of advertisements, the program is filled with rosters, action and still player photos, team photos, player information, statistics, Spotsylvania Baseball history and general information about Spotsylvania Baseball. We guarantee that you will be proud of the finished product. Enclosed is a breakdown of the different levels of sponsorships. The levels of sponsorship are carefully detailed and tailored to fit a variety of needs, including all sizes of advertisements, website ads, public address announcements, game sponsorships, and spring sports pass packages. Landscaping Services is the sponsor of the baseballs used in tonight’s contest here at Ross Memorial Field. Official baseballs are not cheap and neither is Landscaping Services, so be sure to remember them for all of your landscaping needs.
